Hawai`i Aloha `Āina Presents the 1864 Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution
For continuity of government and to honor existing treaties, the Hawaiian Kingdom must be restored with this 1864 Constitution.
In 1867, Sanford Dole and America started to implement their conspiracy to annex Hawai`i. Their first move was to create, at gunpoint, the amendments of the 1867 bayonet constitution. The 1867 amendments where never ratified per requirements of the constitution.
Therefore, the last legal constitution of The Hawaiian Kingdom was that of 1864, given to us by the sovereign, King Kamehameha V.
The 1864 Constitution is presented here in both `Ōlelo Hawai`i as well as `Ōlelo Haole (English).
